Professional Civil Engineer |

Seeking a professional engineer who can: scope a project; develop task set to accomplish the project; develop a budget and execute a contract; perform, coordinate and monitor the work involved in the tasks; and deliver a final product on time and within prescribed budget. Candidate should possess at least three to five years experience in land development, commercial, and residential site planning. Position requires designing and managing multiple civil engineering projects concurrently, such as but not limited to: commercial & residential site planning; design of water systems, sanitary sewer systems, storm water systems, grading & utility plans; parking lot design; road design; construction management & contract administration.
The responsibilities of this leadership position include:
-Communicating and coordinating with clients -Coordinating required survey work with the survey department -Preparing fee proposals and construction cost estimates -Reviewing work in progress by staff and/or outside Consultants to ensure that it is being performed satisfactorily -Maintaining a close liaison with clients to resolve all project questions -Working knowledge of Land Development Desktop and MS Office
